I ordered Internet Connection this morning via website, and it’s suddenly canceled by KPN.
Please advice me on what happens? The customer number is **************.

Hi @iwashi , please put the customer number in your personal profile, KPN can read that.

What did you exactly cancel, and which services were not to be cancelled?


I entered my customer number.
I ordered SMB interet connection to my office this motning, and it’s cancelled by KPN, not me.
I need to know the reason why I can’t order the internet.

Hi @iwashi! Checking your subscription doesn't show me any confirmation of an order, so I'd suggest you call us on 0800-0402 on weekdays between 8:00 - 18:00 and on Saturdays between 8:00 - 17:00. 

My colleague can then check what happened and order it with you again, if need be. I can't place orders unfortunately, so calling would be the best way to solve this. 

Hopefully then everything will go smoothly!
