Hi all,

 

I used http://192.168.2.151/ to login to my SuperWifi point, entered the password of the flashing device and asks me to make a new password. However I keep getting an error that the password cannot be the same as the default, even though it’s not. I’ve tried several different password combinations based on the requirements and keep getting the same error.

 

Has anyone else experienced this issue and found a workaround?

Hi @StuartG. Welcome to our Forum here. It must be quite annoying that you can't login to your SuperWiFi point. Have you tried resetting both your SuperWiFi points and your Experia Box? Afterwards, try to re-install the SuperWiFi points using the KPN Thuis app. Please let me know if this helps.
