Hi I ordered an internet subscription from your phone sellers. 

and he promised that kpn will handle the switching from ziggo to kpn by Feb 18.

 

However ziggo just called me and sent me an upgrade model. I am not sure if the switching is still working?

Hi @william0353. I will do my best to find out. I do have some things I need to know. Could you let me know if you are switching with your home internet services or with a mobile phone or sim only subscription?

In that case I can recommend you look in the confirmation that you got from us. It should state that we will cancel your Ziggo contract for you. Also if Ziggo changes your contract or conditions you should also get a confirmation on the usual address. When in doubt you could always check MyZiggo to see if there have been any changes made. As long as in your order confirmation it states under “overstapservice” that we will cancel Ziggo for you and the date that contract ends is after we start your internet you would have a smooth transition.
