Hi, I had a scheduled appointment for fixing my new experia box v10A on Jan 3, 2020 between 15:00-17:00. But on checking the website it shows to create a new appointment.

 

Can someone please help. I would like to get it fixed today(3 Jan 2020) itself.

Hi Erwin, as suggested by you I called in the customer care number (0612001200) and scheduled a new appointment for technician. The issue has been resolved and my connection is now working fine.
