I had an appointment with a technician schedule today between 17:00 and 21:00. I rearranged my work schedule to be available as I need the Internet to work. The technician didn’t show up and, obviously, didn’t inform me they wouldn’t be able to come fix my modem today. This is such a poor customer service. I left Ziggo for KPN and really start to regret it.
