I have temporaly change my location for 2 months - same house, different apartment. Will it be possible to use same contract and same modem?

Welcome to our forum @paterswolseweg0000! We have a temporary solution for people in your situation. It's called a “Tijdelijk pakket”. In order to apply for this I would like to ask you to call our customer service at 0800-0402. Ask for the “Verhuis” departement. They can verify if you apply for this solution.
