Hello :) 

I hope that somebody could advise me how to resolve the issue with my wifi. This morning my wifi disappeared from the list of the available connections (i have modem Experia box v10). Even after restarting the device and router my wifi still doesn’t appear. What is even weirder is that my old wifi appeared in the list of available connections and I was able to connect to that one however i don’t have the router for this one anymore so I am not sure how is that possible. I would appreciate any advice or help how to resolve this issue.

Hello ​@Lucie1383, it looks like your modem has been reset and has taken the old wifi from our system. If you connect to the old one, can you surf on the internet?

Hey Jeroen,

Yes yes, I can access the internet even with the old connection. It was just a trouble because i don’t have the old modem, since it was sent back and I had to look if I still have the old password saved somewhere (luckily I had), because without it, it wouldn’t let me connect 🙂 So it’s kinda hassle, if I hadn’t have the old password, I wouldn’t be able to connect at all, because the password which I have on the new modem, won’t work.
