I don’t have any Internet at home. 
On the website it says there was a malfunction in my area but the issue is solved. 

I restarted the modem as suggested but no services.

I am forced to use my mobile data for work and it is unpleasant.

I'm sorry to hear you were still having problems with your connection, after the malfunction should have been solved 🙁

Is your internet working at this moment @StraVittorio? Or are you still having issues?

If so, could you please update your profiel and give me a heads up if you’ve done so? I'd like to run a diagnostic on your line, to see if I can find any errors!
