Hello, I am new to the Netherlands and I don’t speak Dutch.
Today I my subscription at KPN started, I am trying to follow the installation steps but I can’t find the connection point. There is a KPN box at the entrance of the house (not in my apartment), but in the meter box in my apartment I only see 3 phone line plugs. I am trying to call the KPN support number, but the machine always answers in Dutch and I can’t get through to a human or find a way to talk in English. Unfortunately I have a foreign phone number, which means I can’t ask for customer support to call me because KPN only accepts Dutch numbers.
Is the only way forward to call a mechanic or is there another way to get in touch with support?
