Hi,

I tried to fill the online form here to request moving my subscription to a new address. But I get this message that it’s not possible to move my subscription to that address. I checked my future address and it looks like that you provide internet for that address. 

Can you help me with that? I have to arrange my internet connection as soon as possible. 

Hi @Mehr. It's a pity that you were unable to report a change of address. It is best to contact KPN by telephone (0800 0402) for this. You will then be connected to the moving desk. They can help you with this.
