Good evening, we are facing issues with unstable internet between 5-10 time a day.

 

It happens during the day and the evenings, connections are dropping for 5-10 seconds then comes back. It is rather new and started to appear a few weeks ago. We never had the issue before and we didn’t change anything in our home installation.

 

We are working from home most of the time so this issue is really impactful and annoying during live video calls. Can you do something about it?

Have you tried using our Online Service Tool to test the connection? This might help to resolve the issue already. If it doesn’t, the best next step is to schedule a callback appointment.
