We have switched to Kpn Home Internet from Odido and we are having too much internet connection issues. We have a router on the entrance floor and we have a repeater on 2nd floor which is connected to KPN Modem. We have tried changing the cable between KPN modem and the 2nd floor repeater, which didnt help at all. 

The only time that we didnt get issues happened the day I made a thuisnetwork reset, but again the issues have continued today. Okla Test shows high numbers but we didnt have these unstabilities before with Odido.

In the forum, I read that 70 euros is asked to send a guy to check the modem, but I dont think I should pay anything at all bc it is not customer's fault, but rather KPN's problem.
