VDSL - During files uploading unable to surf on the net

VDSL - KPN box 12 - Win11. The file uploading reserves the complete bandwidth, until not finished. Time out, server not found, network disconnected - various error messages received. All other devices have the same during net browsing until the upload is finished. It started 2 weeks ago...possible that WPA3 was enabled by KPN. I tried several options and the same. 

Before the issue, I have never had a problem with the same device.

I'm not sure if it has anything to do with this, but you can log in to the webinterface of your Box 12 and change the WPA settings:
