I am trying to ask for compensation for not having INTERNET from Friday morning till Monday afternoon.

But when I try to fill in online it says there was no storing.

KPN updated my Modem and after that I had no internet. I cannot even call KPN because I have no Mobile data left. Is there another way to ask for compansation?
