After our DSL connection was out for more than a week I am now trying to use the website form “Vergoeding bij netwerkstoring”. However I always get the same message “De netwerkstoring is nog niet opgelost”

There is no storing listed for our address. Also our connection is working completely fine now. Where do I go from here? I am not going to call customer service (the 8th time in 10 days) just to end up in a dead end where the robot tells me to use any online tools instead of connecting me to a real service contact.
