My home connection has become so unreliable that its barely useable (frequent drop outs and slow connection). I have gone around in circles on KPN site, and this is a joke. I cannot find any contact details. If someone here can help me, I am much appreciative. Otherwise I have no choice but to cancel subscription and try another provider, which is crazy in itself. 

Hi @jonah de walvis, welcome to our forum. Can you tell us more about the situation? You said the connection is dropping, are we talking about a wireless connection or a wired one? And when the connection drops, does this happen on all devices, or on some of them? What do the indicator lights on the modem do at that time?
