Since Thursday night we don't have internet, i have restarted, even reset the modem. But it did not help.

We have a v12 modem.

I'm sorry to hear your connection hasn't been working. 😕

If it hasn't been solved yet, then the first thing I'd advise you to do is check if there are any network malfunctions in your area. 
If that's not the case, then the next step is calling us on 0800-0402. Say that you don't have any services, and you should be connected to one of my colleagues eventually. 

We’re available 24/7 for malfunctions, so hopefully that way it's fixed soon!
