Mijn internetverbinding valt veel te vaak weg, het is vreselijk onstabiel. De laatste keer dat ik soortgelijke problemen had, heb ik contact opgenomen met de klantenservice en vervolgens hebben ze voorgesteld de modem opnieuw in te stellen. Toen werkte het een tijdje goed ... Vandaag ben ik begonnen met het synchroniseren van mijn foto's vanuit OneDrive (160 GB) en daarna viel het een paar keer weg, daarna reset ik de modem opnieuw, maar hielp niet. Sinds de reset is het opnieuw al 5 keer gedaald:

My internet connection is dropping way too often, it’s horribly unstable. Last time I had similar issues I’ve contacted the customer service, then they suggested to reset the modem. Then it worked well for a while… Today I started syncing my photos from OneDrive (160GBs) and then it dropped a few times, then I reset the modem again, but didn’t help. Since the reset, it again dropped already 5 times:

Hi @elodpeter Welcome here and thanks for using the KPN Forum. Since you already left your personal information on your KPN Forum Profiel I was able to have a look. I can see you also had contact with my colleagues of the custumer service. They adviced you to reset the Experia Box ánd to cut the power from the FTU-unit for two minutes. Did this last thing solve the problem or do you still need help?

Thank you very much for getting back to me. Indeed, resetting the fiber box (unplug for 2 mintues) solved the issue 🙂 Haven’t had any problems since then.

Now I know, if resetting the modem doesn’t work, next step is unplugging the FTU unit!
