If you've received your hardware you can schedule the mechanic on this page if you haven't done so yet.   If the page isn't working, or if you've already scheduled the mechanic, could you fill out your forum profile with your address? Then I'll check whether I can schedule the mechanic, or when he's coming over if he's already been scheduled.
