Good morning, All - I hope you are able to assist.
I have recently subscribed to a KPN package (internet only), however I accidentally deleted the initial e-mails, meaning that I am now unable to find my customer ID. That being said, I received the router a couple of days back and just wanted to check when the internet service is due to be activated (I seem to remember today, 26-Feb, but I am not entirely sure).
