I signed up for the internet at the beginning of the month, since then I think I have done all the steps I have been asked to do but I have not received anything, nor has anyone contacted me to arrange a date for the installation. Could someone please tell me when I will be able to have the installation and have internet at home.

Have you received confirmation e-mail with your installation date? You should have this a couple of days after ordering. If you haven't received it yet you might want to give us a call on 0800-0402 to check your order.
If you have, you should receive the installation package in the week before the installation date. Usually you can install the modem yourself. If you'd still like to order a technician instructions are in the e-mail.
