We are waiting ever since beginning of August
We have receive only a temporary one but we need the final and basic equipment.

If you’ve received a temporary package then there are some problems with getting your connection activated.Â
When that's the case, there's a ticket open and our backoffice is handling that ticket. They should be giving you updates on how it's going.Â
