Hello we have not received yet the equipment for my connection. When we will receive it ?

We are waiting ever since beginning of August

We have receive only a temporary one but we need the final and basic equipment.

If you’ve received a temporary package then there are some problems with getting your connection activated. 
When that's the case, there's a ticket open and our backoffice is handling that ticket. They should be giving you updates on how it's going. 

If you haven't received an update in a while, you can call us on 0800-0402 and ask for one. 
Hopefully you'll get to hear when it will be solved and you'll get a connection soon!Â
