Hi there.

A few days ago, I went to the store to get my own internet service for my house. The employee told me that he'd make an appointment for a mechanic to come to my house and install the connection for me, but I don't know where I can check if the appointment was made or not. I tried in the MIIJNKPN, but it only shows when my connection will start, not if I have an appointment.

Can someone help me with this?

Most installations these days don't come with an engineer. If there is an appointment with an engineer you get verification through a text message or e-mail. 

If you havent gotten this confirmation but you do need an engineer, check our website on installation. There you can plan an engineer if needed. If you are in doubt about this, call 0800-0402. Do keep in mind that not all of our representatives speak English. So have a Dutch-speaking person nearby if possible.Â
