Why am I getting reminders to return KPN devices?

I have already returned everything that i should have returned, but KPN are still sending me reminders.

I handed all equipments to the KPN store at Winkelcentrum Woensel 109, 5625 AG Eindhoven on the 27th of Jan.

I was told that I would receive an email within a while, but I never received this email.

if you have already returned the equipment, please disregard the reminder. We understand that sometimes the return process may occur earlier than anticipated. I hope you do not receive any further unnecessary reminders. But we cannot avoid that more reminders will be sent, this is an automated process.
