Wifi in my apple products are disconnected frequently, I have a experia V10A.

2.4ghz to 1-6 and 5ghz to 36-44
Hi @camiloahm, welcome! Changing your Wifi channels is a good idea. You can get started with our (Dutch) Wifi tuner. Hopefully this will improve your Wifi. If not, please let us know. We will look into it together.
And always we see the same "answer".

Change the wifi channel with the wifi tuner.

The thing is that changing the wifi channel will not help you solve this issue as this issue seems to be caused by the faulty DHCP server of the V10a.

Please give the V10a a factory reset and if the same problem then still occurs, consider replacing the Experia Box by a Fritz!Box.
