Hello, internet is not working at my house address 1945 RV, we tried everything. Called customer care also. They simply raised a ticket and no response yet and I being asked to just wait. The router is all green, but inside looging in the modem the Internet is showing as disconnected. When we connect WiFi it shows dis-connected. Its a pathetic service by KPN. My work is highly impacted and KPN doesnt bother to expedite the resolution. Please suggest. 

Hello @AbhijitBurnwal,  Very annoying that your internet is not working. A ticket has already been made, that is a good sign. I can check what the status is, but normally can't make it go any faster. Could you fill in your forumprofile and let me know when you did? Then I will check if there is anything I can do for you!

 

I haven't heard from you again so I assume you solved it some other way. Otherwise I would like to hear it!
