Hi,

My internet is not working for the past three days, and the internet and wifi green lights are blinking.

I have been trying to reset the modem for several times but nothing happens.

Is there anything else I can do?

Sorry to read that your internet is not working. 

If the problem still exists I would like to check what is going on. 

Could you fill in your forum profile and let me know when you did? 


Yes I have already filled in the form.

Yesterday I received a new KPN box 12 and installed a new one but the problem persists.

Hope you could help me with this.

@Herdin I see that you received the new modem. 

I made an appointment with a mechanic. Which will be there tommorrow between 08:00 and 12:00. 

I also added extra data to your mobile number. So you can use that untill the problem is solved.Â
