Wifi not visible on devices after reset

I have a problem with my modem.  Wi-Fi does not work after updating the software.  when I reset the modem after a few minutes the wifi turns off and I cannot search for the modem again.  is not visible on my devices.

Hi @Wiktor1910, welcome. 

I understand you have reset your Box 12. Then the problems began. The wifi turns off after a few minutes. Can you login to the Box 12 and turn wifi 6 off. Put 802.11 ax to 802.11acx. Does that help?
