Hi,

My wifi router power is suddenly gone and now there is no power in the router. I assume that power adapter stopped working. I switch off the main power switch of the house for some maintenance and after restart router didn’t get the power. 

I have Experia Box V10A.

I tried to look for adapters in media market but it doesn’t fit the router. Let me know how can I get the new adapter. Also is there an option to visit KPN store and get it checked and replaced.

I am in Utrecht.

Good! Don't forget to take you old router with you, so you can swap it for the new one.

@Erwin_ In mail it was mentioned that i could track my package from today but till now it doesn't show any order. Is it possible for you to check if it is already sent? And what is the current status

It's already deliverd at the PostNL hub. You can go an swap your current router.
