Hello,

I have bought a new KPN Internet subscription with the offer for a gaming console.

I did n't receive the code for my gaming console, even though I activated my modem on 15th October. I called Sidekix at 0886237006 and they told me that I didn't receive it because I only activated my modem yesterday. This is an error - I activated it on October 15th, so the 2 weeks had passed on October 29th.

Is it possible to rectify this error and send me the code?

Have you created a KPN ID as well? If so, what is listed as the start date there? Additionally, we also send the start date via email. Sometimes, when you connect the modem, the connection works even though the subscription hasn’t officially started yet. You can check this by looking at the email indicating the subscription start date. Could you check this for me?

Thank you for the reply. I have created a KPN ID, but I’m not sure where to find the start date for the subscription. I can see the end date, which is 14 Oct 2026 (and it’s for 2 years, so that would mean that the start date is 15 Oct 2024.

I found an email which mentions the start date:

 

I have also received this SMS on October 15th telling me that the connection has started, so I connected my modem afterwards:

I’ve actually received the code last night, so the issue is now resolved. I had assumed you helped me with it 🙂 Anyway, I filled out the profile page. 


Well, you were right.  Your subscription started 15-10.

Luckily you have received the voucher by now, right?
