Free TV with KPN subscription during Black Friday

I had ordered my internet subscription during black friday and chose my welcome gift as a free Philips TV. My connection is now enabled but I have not received any information on shipping of this free gift. Anyone else ordered during this time and got this?

If the TV is on your order confirmation, then 1 business day after your subscription has been activated you should receive an e-mail with the shipping information of the TV.
