Hi all,
After I contracted my Wifi and TV subscription, I was meant to receive a Philips Smart TV twv 44. I got the message from PostNL in which they failed to delivered the package at my address, and in less than 2 days the package status changed to unailable. Regardless of that, I did not get notify at any point that they tried to deliver the package. Now I can’t pick it up so I would like KPN to clarify where’s my package.
