Adding subscription to KPN ID does not work

I am trying to link mijnKPN with my current subscription but it does not like my client number (taken from bank statement) and the last 3 digits of my bank account number (British IBAN). 

How can I link my subscription to mijnKPN?

Sorry to read that you are not able to add your subscription to your MijnKPN. 

Are you trying to add a home subscription (10 digit customer number) Of a mobile subscription (11 digit customer number). 

And do you get a error message?
