Cannot change the email for invoices

Hello! My house has been transfered from Telfort. Now I have KPN ID with my own email but the invoices are somehow sent out to the old email that I have changed on Telfort before transferring. There is no option in KPN profile to change the email address as well. How can I change it?

I changed it for you!, From next month forward, you will receive the invoice on to the correct e-mailaddres.
