Cannot link to mijnKPN. It doesn't recoginze my mobile number.

I recently got a sim card here and have been having different issues with it. But the most pressing is the fac that i can't link my phone number to mijnKPN i logged in succesfully and while filling out the profile details for my log in info it accepted my phone number, but when I start the process to add my substription it doesn't recognize my phone number in the 2nd step.

As it turned out the problem was that the phone number provided in the email i got with the SIM card was wrong. When i called someone from my KPN sim card my actual phone number showed up and i was abel to use that.
