I forgot my password but I can’t request a new password from the form ( https://account.kpn.com/ ) because since two days I am receiving the following error message: 

Het ophalen van de gegevens is (tijdelijk) niet mogelijk. Excuses voor het ongemak.

I need to access to my account ASAP! 
 

Please advise.

How unfortunate you can't reset your password  :slight_frown:

What is it that needs to be done in your MijnKPN account? Can you please update your profiel and give me a heads up if you’ve done so? Maybe I can help you by changing it in our systems!
