How can Login into MijnKPN without sms verification

Hello,I need to login into the app with my old KPN ID. i can't get the sms with the verification codes because my plan is inactive but i have unpaid bills. i have been trying to log into the account for months to pay my dues but it doesn't possible. I'm talking about another profile, not the one I'm writing in at the moment

About the payment: Make sure you put your debtor or customer number with your payment. And choose the right KPN account number:

TV, internet and calling: account number NL41INGB0000467598 in the name of KPN B.V.
Home calling: account number NL59INGB0001148020 in the name of KPN B.V.
Mobile: account number NL83INGB0000325513 in the name of KPN B.V.

Make a brand new KPN-ID for your “abbo”.
 

Otherwise call 0800-0402 for help. Or make a visit to a KPN-Store.

i’m not in Nederlands anymore and i cant make calls without subscription,i cant return in Nederlands
