Hello,I need to login into the app with my old KPN ID. i can't get the sms with the verification codes because my plan is inactive but i have unpaid bills. i have been trying to log into the account for months to pay my dues but it doesn't possible. I'm talking about another profile, not the one I'm writing in at the moment

Make a brand new KPN-ID for your “abbo”.
 

Otherwise call 0800-0402 for help. Or make a visit to a KPN-Store. 


i’m not in Nederlands anymore and i cant make calls without subscription,i cant return in Nederlands

i sent the money to the second IBAN with facture number,I got the invoice number from the service department 0800…
