I have a new connection from KPN.
Whenever I am login to MijnKPN. I receive an error message after login.
“MijnKPN is op dit moment niet verbonden. Mogelijk zijn niet alle gegevens actueel.”

Are you still experiencing this issue?

If so, could you try another browser, clearing your cache and/or the MijnKPN app?


@Thomas I am still experiencing this issue.
I tried different browser (and incognito mode) as well and no difference.
On mobile app, it ask me to add existing subscription and redirect me to page where it ask last 3 digitis of account number, then it shows an error that I am not connected to KPN internet. 


Ah right, that narrows it down. In most cases this seems to solve itsself after a couple of days. That indicates something on our end is not ready but I'm not sure what causes this excactly.
