I recently changed from a prepaid sim to monthly contract, and I have 2 questions I would like to see the BTW separated out on my bills as I use the phone as a ZZP’er the electronic bill per email just states monthly cost inclusive BTW. The second point being when I log onto MijnKPN it still shows my account as using a prepaid SIM so I cannot access my monthly bills online.

Online my internet account does give BTW as a separate amount on the monthly bills.

Please fill in your address etc in your profile, I'll activate the BTW on your invoices in the future. 

Regarding Mijn KPN, delete your current prepaid profile in Mijn KPN and register your phone number again. You should be able to see and access your bills.
