I have just received a House modem but I cannot find the TV subscription code as I have not received my contract yet. How can I get connected? Thanks

Your tv subscription code is in the confirmation letter you should have received. If you can't find it there, you can also find it in My KPN

If that also doesn't work, let me know! Then I will try to help you out with it!
