Hello,

 

I have recently installed my interactive tv and am having difficulties with the picture.

 

I am able to open the guide (which loads with picture) however when I choose a program, there is no picture on the tv (only sound).

 

I am however able to open the Netflix app with no issues.

 

Do I require an extra cable for the picture?

If something goes wrong with the images or your image, it looks like your HDMI cable is not properly connected to your TV receiver or television. Can you test this, and if it's possible also test another HDMI input on your television.

Do you also get an error code on the television or display of the TV receiver? If yes which one? I am also curious about the image you will see. Can you take a picture of this and put the screenshot in this topic?

Finally, try to reset the TV receiver following the steps on our website. That often fixes many problems!
