Hello, I am writing because I have an issue with the tv box (Arris VIP 2952 V2). It stopped responding the commands of the remote control, I tried to do the set up different times, both the authomatic one and the manual one, but it does not work and I am unable to change channels. Can anyone help me solve this problem? I have already tried to find a solution by looking at kpn website, but i did not find any.

It seems like you have a stubborn tv box at your hands. Maybe an unnecessary question, but have you tried turning it off and on again? (flip the powerswitch at the back of the tv box and leave it like this for 5 seconds, after these 5 seconds flip the switch on again and let the tv box start up) Also, have you changed the batteries in your remotecontrol?
