Sorry for writing in English - my Dutch is not very good - but happy to have responses in Dutch. I received a box/letter in the mail today from KPN saying that my subscription has changed and I need to return my remote control. But I haven’t changed anything, and I can’t find anything on my online account about a change. Has anyone else had this problem?
“Hierbij bevestigen wij dat uw abonnement is gewijzigd. Wij verzoeken u om de oude HD tv ontvanger die u in bruikleen hebt gekregen binnen 2 weken na wijziging van uw abonnement aan ons terug te sturen.”
