Remote doesn't work with apps

Hi,

 I have a similar problem; my kpn remote doesn’t work on some functions on kpn box (like apps) however it works for tv itself. Do I need a new remote as well?

    Hi @Unsal, welcome here. 

    This is not a remote issue. I expect you are using the KPN+ box with Android? Can you give me an example of apps that do not work? The issue is that most apps are made for the phone version of Android and sometimes do not work with Android based tv boxes.
