Wireless connection necessary for installation of TV

Hi, I have been trying to contact customer support but the automated response is only in Dutch.  I want to install my tv connection but the connection port is outside my apartment.  I think it needs a wireless connection.  Can someone please help?  Thank you.

As Henk mentions above, our TV receiver does need a physical cable. There are some shortcuts you can take to prevent having to drill holes in walls or run cables through inconvenient spaces.
Our usual solution is a powerline adapter, we offer these in our online shop as well: Draadloze Verbindingsset 1200 (2 adapters) We also have a dedicated topic with information about these devices:

 

Keep in mind this solution is a bit more prone connectivity issues than a physical cable.

    A KPN receiver needs a wired connection to the Experiabox.

      Hi @Thomas, no not yet.  I understand I need a powerline adapter to make the connection, but this wasn't provided with the subscription.  Do I have to purchase it separately or will KPN provide this for free?  Thank you.
