€5 korting, moved house, mobile abonnement begint later, kpn all in 1 pakket aanwezig

Hi Guys,

My €5 euro discount has been stopped because I have moved into my girlfriends apprtement

She has got an (KPN all in 1)

I had a internet abonnement at my house, that has been cancelled due to the “all in 1” at the appartement.

I have just switched to KPN from another provider, the contract starts on the 12th of March.

Why has the €5 been cancelled?

Please help me/us out here.

The discount might have stopped because you ended your subscription at your own adress. Have you updated the adress your cellphone subcription is registered at yet? You can check in the MijnKPN app or online. Make sure your cellphone is registered at the same adress as your girlfriends apparment and fill in this form: “Aanmelden voor Hussel”. Your discount should quickly return on your bills. I hope this helps! :smile:
