Can't share MB's

Hi!

I bought two mobile subscriptions: unlimited and 0 GB. Same address, same person.

I want to transfer 50 GB from the first number to the second one, but I can’t see anything on the MB’s delen page.

Putting both numbers in this form doesn’t help, the page just gets refreshed and nothing changes.

What should I do? Thanks!

Hi @koteeq, welcome to our forum! Thanks for your message and for filling in your profile. I've taken a look at your subscriptions and it seems something didnt go right in our backend. The form didnt connect the numbers it seems.
I've manually added them in our system and everything should work now. You should be able to share MB's!
