Got a new contract, from KPN representative in person. Was promised something, got a copy of contract by e-mail, second day I am called by phone from KPN to review the contract. Was surprised to see that original contract is different from the sales contract that I received later. I did call customer service few times, said can not be or that they can not offer what representative actually sell etc, in the end they said it will be solved. Hanged up before do any other questions, and sure it was not solved. Overall it looks like a cheap scam, they send someone to do an offer later you don’t get it, at customer service everyone act like what you have been offered is not real, in the end you just scammed to get the contract. Be aware what you are offered because you don’t get that at all. Thx, I hope this will help others not to be cheated so cheap by someone you think is quite a big company that you don’t even think would do something like thatÂ

I'm sorry that your experience with the KPN representative at your door was not a good one. If I read it correctly, you first received a confirmation with a discount on it, which then did not end up the same way on a second confirmation. Then you called us, but it was not corrected after that.
You may expect from us to give you what you agreed to. And then it doesn't matter whether that was agreed at the door or by telephone. I would therefore advise you to contact us again via a call-back appointment. Then we can create a complaint for you and you can forward us the first confirmation. This way your case can be taken seriously and you will called back within a few days.
I already called KPN few times, and nothing happened, first time they said is impossible, then someone else said that they can’t offer that deal on the phone, a notice was made to other special department, but time passed nothing happened. I think is better to cancel contract while still can, otherwise this new delay will overdue the cancel period. I would not post here if someone would take me seriously on the phone.  Maybe I have better luck with other providers.Â
If you have a written confirmation that the deal is offered to you, than I can assure you we can help you with this. So I want to strongly advice you to make a call back appointment and let my colleagues forward your complaint to the correct department. I can assure you we take your complaint seriously and someone will contact you. It would be a shame if you cancel your contract because of this.Â

I get back with the problem solved. I did the call appointment without any expectations, but this time I was guided perfect how to make a complain to the right department. Took 2 days and everything is fine now. It is unfortunately that some at client service they don’t know how to help in such a case. Anyway, I am happy I made the call appointment and everything was fixed so fast. Thx for the help ArjanÂ
