Hi

I recently purchased additional phone number contract. I already have at my address kpn internet, and few more sim-only contracts. 

For this newly added one something seems to be wrong

  • I can’t share data with this newly added phone
  • Package discount does not apply

How I can get it fixed? 

In “Mijn KPN”, have you linked all products to the same account?
