Accidentally switched to the wrong phone plan, can I switch back?

Hi! I tried to change my sim card subscription yesterday. But I accidentally changed it to a plan that I don’t want. How can I change it back? My old subscription is unlimited data en 150 min/sms

Hi @DuckBloodJ , do you mean the monthly change that you can make to your KPN subscription?

This change will start on the first day of the next invoice period. If that has not started yet, you can call KPN customer service on 0800-0402. They can cancel this change before it becomes active.

Open Monday to Friday from 08.00 to 18.00, Saturday from 08.00 to 17.00 hours.

Thank you! Is it possible to cancel it online or through email? Because my dutch level is not good enough.

You can speak English to customer service, so no problem.
You cannot cancel it online or through email.
